Before your first visit

What should we wear?

Sneakers with tightly tied laces (no slip-ons, the warped wall eats them), shorts or athletic pants, and a T-shirt or tank. Tie back long hair, and no jewelry or gloves.

Do we need a waiver?

Yes. Create an account, add your athletes and sign the waiver before you come. Party guests sign from the e-vite.

Can I try a class before signing up?

Yes. Your first class is free with code TRY25, and there is no contract. You can also drop in for open gym.

Can parents go on the gym floor?

Parents watch from the side, except in Mini Ninja, where one parent is welcome to join their child.

How does my child join a competition team?

Varsity is by invitation and JV is the stepping stone. Ask a coach after class or contact us.

Can we bring food?

Food is only allowed in a reserved party room. No gum anywhere in the gym.
