Our competitive team consists of the most talented, dedicated, and hard-working athletes that come to ROC City Ninja. It is an opportunity for these athletes to train and compete at the highest level that ROC City Ninja has to offer.
ROC City Ninja is proud to be affiliated with the World Ninja League (WNL) and will host multiple Tier 1 competitions throughout the season. WNL competitions are held nationwide (and internationally), with competition options available for both beginner and experienced competitors.
Members of ROC City Ninja’s competitive team can choose to complete at WNL events as well as other local competitions and scrimmages. The athlete’s age on January 1, 2025 will determine his/her WNL division.
Tier 1
Intended for experienced ninjas who are at an intermediate to advanced level.
Age divisions include:
Kids: 6-8
Mature Kids: 9-10
Preteens: 11-12
Teens: 13-14
Young Adults: 15-17
Adults: 18+
Tier 2
Intended for ninjas who are new to the sport and starting at a beginner level. This is a great entry way into the competitive world of ninja.
Age divisions include:
Kids: 6-8
Mature Kids: 9-10
Preteens: 11-12

Competing at this level requires a season commitment. The 2024-2025 season will start in September and run until the WNL season ends in April. People who move onto Regionals and Worlds will continue their season until it is finished in June.

Members of the competition team practice 3X per week. Each practice is 120 minutes long.
Class times are as follows:
Tuesday 5:00 p.m.
Thursday 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m -
You can compete as little or as often as you like. ROC City Ninja will host at least one WNL competition per month that will be included in your membership fees.

The rate for our competition team is $300/month over the duration of the season.

Monthly pricing includes the Unlimited Membership to ROC City Ninja since it is highly encouraged for athletes to train regularly as well as coaching for all home competitions. Each athlete will also receive an official ROC City Ninja jersey customized with their ninja name to wear at competitions.
